Ok so what we need now is your birth certificate, social security card, bank account information and a full color scan of your drivers license

 

Finally got the K&N filter in. Only took me two days to figure out how to get the airbox out! I notice a small difference in performance and idle. So far so good! Sounds pretty slick too, but maybe i just forgot what the stock filter sounded like

 

I don't think intake does anything performance wise on the Rx8. Maybe 1hp. All it does is make it sound better. LOL Our cars are already pretty much topped out from the factory. Forced induction is about the only way to get any real performance boost.

sup guys...i tried to come last friday but i got off work too late and got there around 9:15. all i saw was rx8s parked next to hollywood with no drivers/people around them. you guys were probably at sushi boat or one of the restaurants already. i haven't been to a meet yet since i work until 8 on fridays. im on vacation this week though so i look forward to meeting you guys. is everybody there at 7?

 

We usually meet there at 7 and converse for an hour or so, then go eat for 2 hours and head back to converse for another 30 minutes to an hour then we split.

thanks for the info...this part of the forum is soo refreshing and friendly compared to the rest of the forum. i hesistated for a minute to meet up at the uc meet b/c i've been flamed by ********* who don't respect others with less than 200 posts in this forum, not the bay area forum of course. but reading this thread and seeing friendly faces just eases my mind. i will be there for sure on friday. i'll be that guy you haven't seen and my name is mike by the way, just in case my member name doesn't give it away, lol.

i do miss you guys and dont get me wrong, i do want to come back but yeah, a lot of personal things have been going on that i just feel would bring you guys down because i would not be in a very good mood at the meets. i know you guys are there for me, you guys are like my family now, we would do the random things and all that other great stuff that we do but i feel compelled not to bring my troubles upon you guys. i'd rather deal with these issues on my own and hopefully come back with open arms and reclaim my place in the meet as the little co-founder i am. anyways, i will hope to see you guys soon, i'm not going to make it this friday but just call me, hopefully you all still have my number and we can go hang out some other time. sorry for being a jack *** to you guys and being all dramatic but stuff goes on that are way out of my control. well, as the non loyal person of the group, i aplogize and wish the best for you all! hope to see you soon, just call me if you want to do a random kick it or hot pot city again. i'll cook for you adam!

 

So I went to the body shop today to check up on my car. They haven't even gotten started yet. They're still waiting for the ******* insurance company to give them the okay to start the work. 2 ******* weeks! Needless to say I'm depressed as hell and I'm probably just going to sit at home untill my car is done.
