Cool AZ Lounge

So I'm starting this thread due to the miscellaneous ramblings going on on the AZ/RCCAZ threads/sticky's.
So if you want to talk about anything that doesn't pertain to those threads, post it here.
Maybe an Admin. will Sticky it.

AZ Lounge FTW!!!!

I am trying to figure out when to wash my car for the weekend....

Do I wash it at 100+ degrees for the instant water spot effect?

To be followed with the dappled sand effect from the following monsoon?

Or just give up and go to a car wash?

I would wash it at night but it would look like crap in the AM.

Summer sucks here for cars.

^ I go to the carwash. There is an Arizona Auto Wash on Warner, just East of Alma School. They don't have the mechanical car beater brushes. They have people in the tunnel hand washing your car. And when all is said and done it looks great. I should say after I have them get all the spots they missed.

Seems to me a bit of METAL was added to your car too. And I think it's more than what was removed.

Sorry. She wrote it in sharpie really fast. I would have written it in bolder letters, but letting her do it gave me more time to "compose the shot".

Went for a drive with AZMC today to Tortilla Flats. Everyone had a good time.
5 RX-8's a Mazda 3 and a Mazda 6 and a Supergharged Mustang.
And me in my Volvo. It has the power but it doesn't do to well in the turns.
Front wheel drive, heavy, to much understeer. Plowing right long. But i did keep up on the straightaways.
It might be my imagination, NOT! But I feel like I was pulling away on Chickenwafer getting on the freeway.

I'm refering to the on ON RAMP getting on the freeway.
Where I looked in the rear view mirror to see you fly around the corner. As we went up the ramp I was pulling away.
Thats what I'm talkin' 'bout!

Battle of the Titans!

It'll be fun to see the two 7-footers slinging around the track (as I pass them both)!
