Baaah.. Will the systems you get in stock have the new dual resonated pipe? Also, will it have the free racepipe? I'm in a very rare opportunity to buy something for my 8, and I am really impressed with the sound and reviews of your product and customer service.

I have the TurboXS exhaust and racepipe, but had to remove the racepipe cause the sound was very loud and my RX8 is my everyday car. Is there something I can use to make the sound quieter for those driving to work days. I would really like to re-install my Racepipe back. The sound is simply amazing. I heard people tell me that the racepipe and catback exhaust sound is INTIMIDATING ! Any suggestions ?

 

may try using a bhr mid pipe to it, i am using a racing beat dual resonated pipe but it kills alot of the crackling and pops and only slightly louder then with my cat on.

 

what exactly is a BHR midpipe ?

XS all the way...cheaper, better quality, nicer tips but its louder...hopefuly the dual res MP will solve that problem though

So the free race pipe is way too loud? What does the exhaust sound like when the race pipe isnt installed? any clips with comparison?

 

The old one was as loud as a shotgun blast held close to your ear. The new one supposedly is dual-resonated and whisper quiet

 

yea the straight pipe is pretty loud...too loud for me
running the exhaust with the cat is better but for the best sound marry it with a RB midpipe or something dual resonated
thats the one thing i can say about TurboXS...we speak and they listen
we said the tips were too short and burnt our shrouds so they fixed it and remodeled the tips
we said the exhaust was too loud so they make a dual resonated MP to go with it...smart marketing from a company that listens

 

My exhaust has now 600miles on it and it had quieted down quite a bit since those sound clips I made when the exhaust was just put on the car. but I still have the single resonated midpipe on there. Sound is perfect from inside.. Not too sure how it sounds from the outside if someone drives it for me but it is okay. Thanks again Jermaine, Lovin' the exhaust! such an exotic note it makes

 

oooh...so as of right now its out of stock, but when its back in stock it will have the new race midpipe for free as well?

 

i really want one of these wish they were in stock i wouldve picked it up directly from the place...guess ill have to wait

 

one of my friends have this system, the race pipe is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too loud for anybody's taste i'd think. props on making the dual resonated, this company definitely needs it
