The roads that I gave you are all two lane roads varying from State Hwys to Farm or Ranch roads. They are not that busy, usually there are other folks out there doing the same thing we are. There are normally several groups of Bikers and a couple of car clubs.

IT IS VITALLY IMPORTANT that all participants have two way radios (the ones you get at Target or Wal-Mart and NOT the cheapest ones - you need a little range, especially with these cars as they have tops ) and headsets would be even better. That way those in the group can know what is going on and keep the group together.

Large groups may need to be split up - the bigger the group the more spread out you are and it is easy to stretch a mile or more.

do you know what the mileage is on the two roads that we would be driving on? I am just trying to figure out how long of a drive they usually are.

The total we normally do at Kerrville is about 310-340 on Saturday. We start about 0900 and finish with Dinner at a restaurant about 6PM.

OK, there is an easy way to do the roster of attendees.

It will be better if you make your own Hotel reservations once Seatownracer has a count he can cut a deal and secure a block of rooms.

Here is what we know now - who else is going or is a maybe. Please state how many are in your car - important for dinner reservations on Saturday and.or Friday night

I'm in, but like seatown said, want to make sure there are alot of people going. We might need to start a new thread now that we have the details worked out with the flyer in the beginning post and whose in etc.

I talked to the hotel manager and he said if he we can get around 15 rooms then it would be $59+ tax a night. which is not bad at all.

I will get a new thread started with the flyer and info that people need.

Also I am going to talk to local mazda dealers and see if they would be willing to donate stuff to the event that we can give out, anyone willing to help me with that?
