I think we should add this back in for any user with under 10 posts.
I think that would solve a bit of our spam issue.

Most SPAM is auto-fill and way over 25 characters. So I don't see how the 25 character cap does anything besides be annoying.

I agree. The limit should be raised to a 100 character minimum instead, so that both spam and meaningless bullshit posts can be prevented.
