Should We go back?

Last month some idiot hit our parked car. It was in to the shop the next day.
after about 2 weeks we went to go pick it up,(it was raining that day) and realized a few things..
First thing we realized was The steering was all fucked up. With the wheel straight it jerks off to the left badly...
The next day we realized a bunch of paint chips from the wreck didnt get painted.
they also scratched a bunch of **** in the interior.
They also damaged the back left rod.
So they fixed these things..
and now we just figured out our Cruise Control no longer works. It worked before we took it back to have the steering and paint fixed.

They claimed that they put the tire on backwards... WHO THE **** PUTS A TIRE ON BACKWARDS?
I honestly figured the steering wheel was taken off for whatever reason and wasnt put back and in line correctly.

I hate this place =/ but i shouldnt have to pay to fix **** they broke. but i dont want to take our suv back to them and they mess something else up!

Then call the adjuster and have them look at the issues and tell them that they still haven't finished the job.

call the adjuster to and tell them you want the car back to the way it is (before the accident)

if they put a tire on backwords, they would have had to have put the other tire on backwords. So it wouldn't pull but if it was raining it would force water to the center of the tire making you drive and hydro plaining a bit fun. As for the problems you have had with the shop do not go back. Call your insurance company and tell them this.

I took my car to a repair facility via another persons insurance company. The repair facility not only failed to fix my car they made things worse. List everything that is currently not right with the car and let them handle it. Thats why you pay them. Also your on base, call JAG. I get JAG to fix everything for me. Its free to use.

yes call the ins company. don't even bother talking to the shop directly...like someone else said, that's why you pay for insurance, so they will handle it for you!
