The bolts look very much like the OEM air valve cap on the tires. Are they the same?

some what the same as the valve caps but i changed the threads inside the cap.and added a stud that is the same size as the lic plate bolts . there metic

Pretty inventive. I bet your the kind of guy who could figure out how to CNC strakes for nearly half the price of OEM and make a mint.
