WOW! rotary shaped lic plate bolts

The bolts look very much like the OEM air valve cap on the tires. Are they the same?

some what the same as the valve caps but i changed the threads inside the cap.and added a stud that is the same size as the lic plate bolts . there metic

Pretty inventive. I bet your the kind of guy who could figure out how to CNC strakes for nearly half the price of OEM and make a mint.

I got a similar set off eBay a while back. They are a nice touch.
