Strange Electrical Issue

Some strange symptoms I've been having but only when the temps are above 20c and sunny out.

Whats happening is the accessories seem to come on even if the the ignition switch
has been switched off(yes all the way off). I'll go for a ride, shut the car off and all accessories (will)turn off. I'll go out to the car a hour later and the radio will be on the fan will be running if they where on when car is shut down. I'm stumped

I'm still under warranty and had in last year for the same issue, but it's such a random
event the problem never revealed its self at the dealer so they did nothing.

I'll take it back into the dealer and suggest the ignition switch.

And yes I need more driving time, I haven't even gone though one tank of fuel
since taking it out from winter storage.
