R3 window dead Ambient lights on button dead too
So my car went the body shop for about 6 weeks after being rear ended. After getting it back, the passenger side window does not do ANYTHING...it does not even try to go down or make any audible noise nothing.. absolutely dead. A bit curious, the window motor has been replaced once and you usually see the motor symptoms coming prior to failure and it's not a surprise when the window finally gives out. None of those usual symptoms prior to dropping off.
In addition...The passenger window has a driver and passenger door button (obviously) to raise and lower the window. Maybe all RXs are the same, idk...but I have THREE SMALL AMBIENT lights that illuminate on these buttons, and on each button for the passenger window those light are no longer functioning. These lights would not be tied to the motor being out right? That would seem odd to me....so now I am wondering what the hell is going on here?
Anyone have input on this or seen it before?
Thanks.

Well I feel kinda dumb....apparently the small ambient lights for the passenger window buttons do not illuminate....seems strange that I never noticed that after all these years. Ended up just needing a new motor.
