Having a new noise appearing after some work was done on it. They were dealing with replacing the clutch, so it's unrelated. I'm hearing some of feedback, almost seems like ... It's not hissing, but it's what I think of when I put some gas, even a little. Once it's over 2000 rpm it's there. If it's in neutral I get nothing. Driving in 6th gear it's rather noticeable, I'd expect it to be less there, but generally it's always there.

It's in Canada up here so I'm guessing temperature is an issue in it. Prior to the work being done the car was sitting for about 2 weeks not driven at all, temperatures were high ish around 0.

I'm at 170k now.

 

Can you record it? Localize where it's coming from?
It's difficult to understand from the description...
