Greetings to all things were delayed. the turbo downpipe was modified. More separated from the engine coolant inlet. The temperature was a bit high. Was changed to aluminum radiator 2 lines. Now haltech Re Ecu control my two fans with direct 12 volt (More fast). Fans turn on at 130 degree. With this change the temperature down six to seven degrees. But we are not satisfied with that. The climate of my country is almost all year at 100 degrees. High temperature in a turbo engine is dangerous. My coolant temperature: Daily drive a/c on temperature 190 with out a/c 185. With 12psi boost two or three agresive drive up to 205 degrees. But down fast to 196. At night is no problem remains at 185 to 192.Gradually we continue to seek alternatives to lower the temperature.
Any idea to down my temperature? I am thinking new hood With high performance coolant evans.

Are you still running that big *** inter cooler? More than likely you just need more flow to your radiator and with the grill, AC condenser, and inter cooler, not enough clean air is making to the radiator.

Look like same mesure greddy intercooler but 2" 1/2 inlet and outlet. I'm thinking about changing the horizontal position. Like that Name: 4C756A68-6200-4D52-BABF-57B2976BB6FA.jpg

Have never seen a pic of your current IC setup , but if you have it blocking too much flow to the radiator it will cause it to overheat . I have a gap between IC and bottom tray of about 70mm which works great . I also run a second radiator where the RHS oil cooler would be .

Yes. 26" x 15". Fan 12".

12 degrees less, during the day. In Puerto Rico almost every day is 100 degrees. At night it stays with 15 degrees less.

At the event in Puerto Rico I had a talk with Rocky (Pac owner) about the Renesis engines and his Rx8 500 project. I showed my project and him suggested some changes. Rocky told me his mazda rx8 has 410rwhp. He say that the only way to have 400 rwhp safely is with good gasoline over 93 octane and 17% methanol. Gas is the most important thing.
I am fan rotary drag car 20b and 13b engine.

Some changes in my car are:
1.two 1700cc larger injector
2. external gas regulator
3. better methanol jet 17%
4. Control the temperature to 180 degrees.
5. Pipe change.

Mine runs around that 400whp mark currently and I couldn't agree more ... I run 30%Ethanol and I think it's a great fuel . Good mileage , great octane , great cooling properties and 100% reliable (as long as I can get E85 to make it up with) . A better option than injecting meth IMO.

I would add that 400 is about the limit of the Renesis exhaust ports no matter what octane fuel you run ...go much higher and you will become well known to your engine builder .

Agree, you have external fuel regulator?? Or stock?

My car has 360rwhp with problem in old dyno. I think in modern dyno I get 15 more same boost (15). But right now I use my car daily at 10psi.
