Is it worth getting an alignment?

My car is over 6 years old, but it only has about 23K miles. The tires are the original Bridgestones... don't like them because they are noisy but they are not worn enough that they would have to be replaced yet. They need to be rebalanced though, and I was thinking about getting a 4-wheel alignment which was never done since I bought the car new.
There is no uneven tire wear, the car does not pull in any direction, so this would not indicate the need for an alignment... question is: should I get it done anyway just because 6 years have passed?

If the tires are OK and it drives fine....wait until you buy a new set of tires......
You might want to put some penetrating oil on the lower camber adjusting bolts on the front though
