My wheel setup, is it ok? More aggresive?
I'm in the same boat. I have my eye on 19":
Volk Racing
RE30 (8" +40, +44; 8.5" +43; 9" +40; 9.5" +45)
G2(8.5" +35, +43; 9.5" +35, +42, +45), my pick at the moment
TE37(8.5" +35, +43; 9.5" +35, +43, +45)
Yokohama
Connoisseur No.51 (8.5" +38, +44; 9.5" +40)
I have narrow down my tire size to 255/35/19(closest OEM match) all around based on tire size calculator.
My plan is:
1. F 19x8.5 +35
R 19x9.5 +42
2. 19x9.5 +42 all around
3. 19x8.5 +35 all around
As I posted before, my car has MS full bodykit, will be lowered about 1" with Tein Flex line coilover.
End result that I am trying to get is
1. as aggresive as possible without rolling fender
2. won't crack fender(F/R) when going over unavoidable potholes (I have seen setup that nice and flush but fender got damaged by potholes)
3. clear BBK (Brembo or Endless)

The tires that would fit best would be 255/40-18 then.
With the +47 offset is there any chance that I would rub the strut housing with the interior of the wheel, especially on the front.
I'd like to know if someone tried that. I need to make sure before I order these expensive wheels and then realize that this setup is impossible.

I have two choices, either 18x9.5 or 19x9.5. I want the same size for all wheel.
Is this too wide for the front ?
I was looking to put some 255/35/19 on the 19" but have no idea of what would be best for the 18".
Please help me out, I have no idea about the offset, +34, +40, +42, +47 for the 18" or +35, +45 for the 19". I am totally lost here.

So if I listen to you guys, my best bet would be with 18x9.5 +47.

There is no point running such a high offset if you are not going to run that much tire, 30 or below would be better if you are willing to roll. 30-40 would be great without a roll.

9.5 is great, 255 will be great, 34 is the best size from the list.
+1 for some reason people here like their wheels to look like stock wheels.
45 is too high
You can go a lot more aggressive than the setup you posted.
255/40 would be great all around.

If you want your wheels to be as flush as the fender without rolling is not quite possible. But looks like +40 with 255 will be fine without any fender rolling and this set up will not get your wheels completely flush with the fenders. Also 255/35/19 shouldn't disrupt the speedo.

Yes it will rub. you may also have to pull the inside too. It'll take some work with cambering and the correct tires as well.

I have this same staggered set up, with the JIC Adjustable Camber & Toe Kit
on my GFG 3 piece wheels, ( not the ones in my signature ) I gotta admit the handling is nothing compared to stock nor any 18"s. Each rim wt is 25 lbs. My advise go for it...

I`m planning on getting some new wheels for my 8. There are almost none 8s here in Norway, so therefor I ask you guys. I`ve been looking at Wheelmania Monaco in 19".
Front: 19x8,5 (offset 30 or 35)
Rear: 19x10 (offset 35)

I`m planing on 235 for the front and 275 for the rear. Will this fit with the 35 offset? One important thing is that I`ve already rolled my fenders.

Will lower offset make the wheel stick out more?
In other words, will 19x10 ET45 stick out less than 19x10 ET35?

Ok, I posted this in the other thread, and now i realize this is where I should ask. I have the Black Chrome Stock 18's and want to go with the staggered look. I have 225-45-18 kumho spt's on the front. What size for the rear do I need? I want to go the widest I can go on the back without changing the wheel?
