Enkei RPF1s 18X9 with a 265/35/18. Which offset would be the best to get this to fit?

It's 9.5. I think almost everyone on here runs 18x9.5 + 45, I would run something a lot more aggressive, but with that setup you wont rub and can be low and no problems.

Yea, I've heard of that setup, running in STX and maximum legal wheel width is 9 inches and maximum tire width is 265. So I can run 18x9 +45 without any problems? Fender roll required?

RPF1's done come in 9" wide, closest is 8.5" and 9.5" . No problems with that sizing tho.

Yes they do, but its a 35mm offset so not going to work with the tire he wants.

ok. BBS RX 17 x 9 +28mm w/a 70.3 centerbore, stock suspension for now. How can I make these fit, what do I need and where can I get it? Also, about what size tires can I get away with?

There's a bunch in this thread. https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.p...&highlight=stx

I ended up going with 17X9, since we're stuck with a 9" rim for STX you don't loose that much dropping down to a 255 from the 265. In my opinion the lighter weight, cheaper wheels, cheaper tires, lower center of gravity, and shorter gearing all out weight the slight lose of tire width.

would this size fit close to stock? only major difference is the offset..and i dont really get what off set is...
Size: 18"x8"
Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3 (5x4.5)
Offset: 35

also just confirming the bolt pattern?

It'll stick 15mm out, but you'll be fine.

Heeey guys !

im thinking of buying some Volk racing rims for my 8 but im in a bit of doubt of wich tire size is ok for these and / or if they will fit.. hope you can help me

The rims are:

Front : 19x8,5 +35
Rears : 19x9,5 + 45

my 8 is lowered from the factory dunno how much that is.. but i know it's not much.. will those fit and what size of tires should i wrap them in for best fitment?

thanks up front..

Since i just found out one of the wheels I've always liked now comes in an 18x10, I'm very curious to see if it could fit on the 8.

Specs are 18x10 with +35 offset. Now if all them boys can fit the 17x10 +25, why can't a 18x10 +35 fit with a little bit smaller tire.

If I end up not getting these and going with my other choice, it'll be the 18x10 +48s with a 5mm or 7mm spacer wrapped in 265/35s

F+R 18x9.5 5x114.3 +30

Not lowered yet, but do plan about 1.5 inch drop.

Thanks!
