With a Swift drop, how wide of a tire can I fit on a 18x9.5 +20 wheel with a fender roll?

I've been pretty set on getting swifts, and it escaped my mind that the drop is only .8", I guess back to revising suspension settings for me...

+38 actually. Not completely flush, but I don't have to worry about adding camber or rolling fenders either... and much better than stock.

Yea I've read a lot of stuff on different suspension setups, originally I was gonna go with the d spec's paired up with swifts, but now I am thinking I might just go with a set of coiloivers, it'll be more practical, I'll be able to change the ride height for the winter without taking apart the suspension everytime. Plus I think for where I live, coilovers with a German style valving system will be more appropriate.

My Work are
Fronts: 18x8.5 +30
Rears: 18x9.5 +20
Lug pattern 5x110

What should I use for tires?

A friend is giving me a pair of Nexen N3000 245/45/18 for $50 bux new. Can I use these? If so where front or rear and what should I get for the other 2?
