would the 245 rear be stretched looking? or would it fit regularly?

Just bought rear setup, (will need to roll)
18x9.5 +25 (BBS RGR)
285/30/18 tires (G force KD)

i need to know about the fronts:
18x8.5 +23 (BBS RGR)
the tires i really want are 265/40/18 (G force KD)

Or, should i go with:
255/35/18 (G Force Profiler)

will the front tires fit?
thanks

Googled it 245 on 9" wheel. You judge.

Your will rub, if you are lowered. Just get rolled. 265 won't fit, 255 better.

^245/40 would be better for 8.5. If you want you could do 245 in the front and 255 in the rear...but Personally I think the 245/40's would be better.

Either way would be good.
The difference is the same as how people go from 225 on the stock wheel to 245.
I would do 255 all around.
pic of 255 on 8.5" wheel

Thanks for the help Imput. After further research, i found i will not be able to run the 285s in the rear, so i will do 265s on rear, and either 255 or 245 in the front. All depends on what i find on ebay.

you can indeed run 285's although I see no reason to. The RX-8 doesn't have enough power to move those haha.

This should fit depending on the spokes, I had my R34 Skyline 18x9 +30 on my rx8 for a test fit with 245/40-18's. I was lowered on H&R's and everything cleared fine for me.

All depends on the offset, and how low you are. If your not too low, it wont rub.
