Not how this thread works. +45 offset would probably be best and that's available in enkei rpf1. 265/35/17 is mighty short

I thought this thread was to ask if wheels would fit and maybe get suggestions. As for as short on the 265/35 the diameter of the Dunlop StarSpecs shows to be the same as 245/40/18's within a 10th of an inch or so. That is unless I misread the specs on TireRack.

I stand corrected, misread the specs. Should have been 265/40/17 that I was looking at.

You didn't ask if a wheel would fit. You asked us to pick wheels for you. You have my suggestion in the rpf1

Sorry thought this was an advise thread. And I appreciate your suggestion of Enkei RPF1, especially needed the offset info. I am now seriously planning on getting the Enkei's later this year.

Finally made my mind up and going with 18x10 +30. I thought they only came in 18x10 +20 or 18x10.5 +22 but they also come in 10 +30 which was my IDEAL set up from the beginning. Not sure what size tires yet but it should look good . Pics will come

Would i be able to run 265/35/18 on 18x10 +30 with just a roll all around and lowered on coilovers ?? OR would i have to run slightly stretched

That could work, but be sure to remove the bumper tab and I haven't ever messed with the corners up front. You might be close to needing that.

i am going to be running on greddy type s coilovers.
i am prepared to roll the fenders.

what tires do you suggest for 19x9.5 +22 on all four corners?

should i be looking at a tire close to the same OD as the 18x9.5 +22 many other people are running?

Yes. Depends on how low you are but 245/35/19 shouldn't be too hard to make work with rolled fenders and removed bumper tabs in the back.

What's the biggest Rim size that will fit flush and tuck in fender alittle with the tire? I see mostly 19's on here was wondering what people have experimented with. Thanks!

PA The King of the 8's Fitment

So i was on a couple websites recently and have come across the "King of the 8's" Rx8.

He is lowered on Megan Racing coilovers and sitting on 18x10.5 +15 all around. How hard would it be to make those fit? There is no mention in any of the articles about fender rolling, pulling, etc...

Just curious as this would be the setup i would like to run.

And what size tire would you have to run to make it fit.

Thanks.

Fender pull and tire size depends on how much pulling you do. Car better be on the ground to pull off the look.

OK, I've got stock rims on my 05. Previous owner had put 275/35/18 on the car. Seems like a very wide tire for a stock rim, right? When it is time to replace these tires, should I go back to 225/45? Or something else? I plan to stay with the the OEM rims for now.
