Will It Fit Thread
good luck with getting help on this thread! i asked the exact same thing and all i got from people was smart remarks. but i did some research and it should fit. plus i found this.... http://jonathan-ray.com/blog/index.p...-stancenation/ its pics of an rx8 featured in stancenation with those exact wheels and megan coilovers. so yes it will fit. the dicks on here just dont want to help anyone out
Yea we're dicks that ask for information so we can help. It all matters or we wouldn't ******* ask for it. He didn't get that publicity for running wheels that would fit on every rx8.

9.5 +15 has the potential to look like **** so give us your suspension info (how much you're lowered if coilovers) and the tire size. Requires fender roll and trimming off the bumper tab in the back even if you are low enough

Hey j8, got another one for ya, the rim i wanted before is no longer being made and i cant get them, my second choice is a different offset...
18x8.5 +35 front
18x9.5 +35 rear
stock suspention height...what would be the best tire choice for those that wont rub , or will i have to roll them anyway wit those offsets? I was going to run a 245/40 18 and 275/35 18 with the same size rims with a +45 offset. I know the +35 will be pretty agressive but will they work? Thanks man

stock suspension right now. debating on getting tein s-techs with koni yellow's or just buying coilovers. my current tire size is 245/45/18 g-force tires.
And 245 is fine but the 45 is too tall for when you lower it. I'd suggest 9.5 +22 since it's more common and easier to fit. Lot easier to sell and 5mm spacers cost nothing if you want more aggression (sic)
Here is one for you guys.
F - 19x8.5 +35
R - 19x10 +36
I currently have 235/35/19 on the front and 255/30/19 on the rear. I'm having a hard time finding replacement 255's.
Will a 270/30/19 fit?
Here are 2 pics with the old set on (not that you can see much):

Thanks!

Yea that can be made to fit if you have the rears rolled and the bumper tab removed. You could also get 255/35/19 or 265/30/19. 245/35/19 for the front is what I would recommend and what is your suspension setup? You have a weird front/rear gap scenario.
I'm running Mazdaspeed springs and shocks for suspension.
Eh I think the 265/30 would be best for you. I used to have MS springs, but I don't remember thinking the front had that much more gap than the rear. Did you preload the fronts fully?
Don't do it. Jeff does not have basically the same setup at all. He is lowered and you are not. His rear wheels are 10s and not 9.5. It won't look good if you aren't lowered. No matter what size tires you want, the wheels will actually sit outside the fender. If that's the look you want, then go ahead but I HATE that look (like most people).
PS: I'm willing to bet you could lower your car and be fine. It's 90% how you drive.

I see some whiney bitches in this thread. I love how people think it is all about wheel size and offset. Obviously if you are coming to this thread, you don't know so if J8 or anyone else is asking questions it's usually for a reason.Getting the right stance is tricky depending on wheels, tires, and suspension (spring rates, shocks, etc.) so if you wanna go big you will have to sacrifice in one way or another.
Thanks for the help. As I need to order the tires. I will go with the 265's. Eye balling it I think the extra 10 MM will fit fine.
Thanks again.

I have a brand new set of winter rims/tires that I'd really like to use. Will these fit?
Rims: 16 x 6.5 steelies, offset 50
Tires: 205/55R16
Leads to a 1.1" differential in diameter, which I know is a lot, but would still be nice to use them...
TIA

If you have a 6 speed they won't clear the brakes.
