Eh...well if it's just a weight thing then eh...not bad..You don't plan on going auto x any time soon do you? becuase then the weight thing will come into factor - if you're just gonna drive around looking for ***** and you wanted some new shoes for the car then good for you.

p.s. - drinking forgive vulgarness if anybody's offended blah blah blah whatev

nah I always wanted to ,but I have been more into the drift scene if anything, I have done a few events for drifting. So I am not really concerned with the weight since in drifting it is about how you through what weight (lighter can be better) you got + speed + angle + time + length etc etc. I just do it for fun though nothing competitive. Also I got the ***** thing covered thanks though again +1 to the drinking forgive offending lol

Plan on a roll with anything beyond a 255. Those rims are considerably heavier than whatever JIC states FYI. They look good though!

What size tire do you have in the rear? You never said. I looked it up. 245/40 You will be fine with any kind of drop imo.

That will fit perfect. Might need a roll in the back. I am unsure because I had 18X9.5 with 35mm offset and I needed a roll but with a 40mm offset on 9.5" you might not need one.

Did you drop the car on the ground or did you just mount the wheel up while it was in the air? Remember the wheels tucks as the car settles to its normal height. If you dropped the car down and rolled it so it settled and it still stuck out 2" then your offsets are wrong.

You can either do a roll or dial up a bit of negative camber but not both, I ran stock settings when I first got this set up and it rubbed slightly when I had pp in the back, negative camber solved that(can't recall how much) but a roll is equally effective, this is for the back only, the front is perfect.

I have/had 9 +35 with 275s on them which puts me 1.3mm further out from your 9.5 +40 with 275s, on my setup the 275s are FLUSH with the fenders so you should be able to fit with absolutely no problems, check your alignment, 2 inches past the fender is impossible with that offset.

lets see a pic of this. it definitely shouldn't be like this unless the specs are wrong.
