while puttin on a tire, one of the screws broke the other is stripped HELP!

i got a flat the other day and today i got a used replacement tire. while i was putting on the tire i wanted to make sure it was tight on... i felt like it wasnt in all the way so used my body weight to make it tighter by stepping on the bar. unfortunatly the whole screw thats attached to the axle(or whatever it is) snapped off with the lugnut on it.
I would be fine with driving with 4 lugnuts on but the one next to it is stripped aswell... i plan on getting a new thing(can someone tell me what its called) but i still need to use my car daily...
can anyone tell me if ill be alright with just the 3 for now?

Its called a f***ing BOLT...And that has happened to me with my ACURA TL. NO u will not be alright. Go to Pep Boys or autozone or MAzda and ask for one of the bolts for ur wheel...U are going to have to remove ur rotor to change the two bolts. For a job like this u shouldnt be charged more than....$50-100 tops.. ITs noT HARD. I wish i had pics of when i did it....but then again that was 3 years ago.

I think there is a DIY for the lug bolt replacement in the DIY section.....it is a bit of a PIA if you have never done it before. Nevertheless it is relatively easy fix

PS: Buy a torque wrench

if you had to get out of the hood 3 is better than none but highly not recommended for daily use,

good idea - you need to learn how much force to apply , a torque wrench will let you get a feel for it so you don't do this again .

another recommendation for a torque wrench.

its not a bolt, its called a wheel stud.

dealer will charge you probably 500.
you could do it yourself pretty cheap, but based on your installation skills, i might find a local shop instead.
