torque spec on volk 3 piece wheel rivet

torque spec on volk 3 piece wheel rivet

as title, im planning to take the face of my wheel out to get it paint, does any one know the torque spec on the rivet for my volk wheels?

any input will work.

If I remember correctly, it should be 45 lbs per nut... since you have a 3 piece, make sure to add silicon to the wheel otherwise it won't be able to hold air; you'll have bunch of air leaks.

I found the torque specs.

Torque spec is 45-50 pounds/ft per my email to rays eng. with loc-tite applied

No problem, just remember to apply silicon to it too otherwise you'll get a bunch of air leaks.

I would put it on the seam in the inside and between where the two outer rim comes into contact with the middle.

remember the sequence is critical... the rivets on a 2 or 3 piece wheel are somewhat equivalent to the spokes of a bicycle in that you can knowck the wheel out of round if done incorrectly
