Tires sidewall from soft to...

I know Pirelli PZero sidewall maybe are really hard/strong (and I like it), but I want to try another tire next time so, can you make a list from soft to hard side wall? (every brand is ok).

I am interest in this tires:

Nitto 555
Nankang Ns-2
Federal SS595

and other if you want... :P
