I've noticed that a few people have put 19" rims on their 8 and it has noticably raised the car. I've also seen some people with 19s and a more stock/lower look. Are those of you with the lower look and 19" wheels also lowering your 8s to prevent this rise? Or is it just something with the wheel/tire combo that is causing this growth spurt?

 

my 8 looked higher on my last set of 19's, but looked lower with the 20's on stock suspension :o
both tyre/wheel combos are close to factory overall diameter

 

Weird. I'm worried that I'm gonna drop $2000 and then realize my car looks to tall...so then I'll have to fork out more cash (and more time) to put new springs on.
