I just found an answer to my question. Bridgestone Potenza RE050 comes in a 245/40WR18 and its a runflat. I'll probably run these tires on the street and find better tires for the track.

I have the Bridgestone Potenza RE050, 245/40WR18 tires. The ride seemed to be noticably better than the RE040s. I can't comment on the handling since I traded in the original tires at 300 miles, before the car was broken in. America's Tire Co. gave me $50 each for the trade-ins.
