planning on lowering

i am planning on lowering my 8 but really im sorta scared about it. my last car that i had my 99 accord v6 coup i lowered my car with eibach springs and when i was putting it back to stock there was about 3000 worth of damage on the car ...

i guess the question is what is the BEST things that i should do or get to lower my 8
