I agree there SHOULD be no difference and at this stage I cant say 100% for sure that there are differences. I also wonder if the difference aren't in the cam bolt itself but the location of the "notch" it pushed against.

That aside, yes I agree it should be pretty easy to fab up a new bolt that utilises the extra room to move on the cam.

Yes but when my bolt is at the apex of its turn, I still have movement left in the slot. So when you say there is nothing there, where exactly is there?

you don't have to modify the cam bolt to use all of the slot

Yep, I could just replace it or just tighten it without it resting against the notch, as I said previously, but I wonder if that will remove some stability in the camber settings.

Or is there something else that I have to ask REALLY REALLY nicely for you to mention?

OK guess 1 is you want to hit me with that ?

Guess 2 is that its a hint at levering the wheel further than the pin will push it? 'Cause if its the hint then yes I am aware you can go further than the pin will push, I have said that twice now, what I am not confident in is that ability for the bolt itself, once tightened, to not move under stress.

Or did I miss the point totally?

Super Cool! I am going to try for -1.9 for the next track day havent gotten better than -1.5 and run a little hot on the outter edge. Will let you know how I go.
