my buddy and i did the pedders low springs on his 04 rx8 and cant seem to get the alignment quite good enough... any suggestions? he already chewed through one set of tires and had it aligned and got it to -2.0ish but it still isnt good enough according to the alignment shop

that drop looks really uneven.
are you saying the alignment shop can't get it back to specs or your friend wanted -2.0?

either way, just zero out toe

Get it done somewhere else
but -2 won't chew tires. toe will

and fronts look high. did you preload?

do this:
twist steering wheel all the way to one side.
go to each side and the loosen upper control arm bolts that is visible.
twist steering wheel to the other side and repeat on the other upper control arm bolts.
jump up and down on the car, go run over some speed bumps, whatever.
tighten bolts.

fronts need to be preloaded. if you didn't do this or use a jack to lift the wheel hub before tightening the upper control arms, you'll need to do this

if you mean 100% safe by dangerous, then yes, it's dangerous

note, i said LOOSEN, not remove bolts. there's nothing dangerous here.

ok i misread what you wrote.. as i was reading it, it popped in my head that you said remove.... my bad. that would lower the front end? even though those pics were taken after driving from texas to california and back to texas?

as far as the alignment you guys suggest taking it to another shop or???

no guarantees, but it only takes like 5 minutes tops.

if your guy can't bring it to specs, i'd look somewhere else.. especially if he can only bring it up to -2.0 (which is quite a bit of negative camber)

well the alignment was done when my buddy was in cali when he found out his tires were all jacked up, so he spent like $800.00 on 4 new Bridgestone Potenza RE050A Pole Positions

That's not the only problem with that bumper - check out the misalignment of it around the headlight.

here is a trick to fix the sag--

bend the mesh back and up in the area that sags--it will support it

there should have been another mounting point for the mesh so it wouldn't sag in the middle
