I just skem thru the post and to be honest the lowenharts i had are about the same weight but when u add the tire it adds more weight like 3 or 4 pounds i think. But to answer your question yes they will slow u down and i have a allunium flywheell and stage 3 clutch and running N/A. .. When u try to pass someone or to change lanes quickly on the freeway u will notice that it will take a little longer to get up to speed. Dont get me rong there nice as hell for as the look because i thought about getting them i just to like since my car doesnt have enought get up and go heavier wheel just take a way from that. i think i said enough. But if u decide to get them i belive rims and tires are about $2200
Where did you get these numbers? Just wondering. I've heard so many different numbers for both measurments.
I might be wrong, but I just bought new wheels and while shopping and reading online the stats I saw said that:
- Our stockers are 22.5lbs, not 21.5lbs
- 1lbs of rotating mass is about 3lbs of static mass, not 10lbs
So IF I'm right, your new and heavier wheels would feel like a 50lbs weight in your trunk, instead of a burly 220lbs man in your passenger seat

heh, I've met you in person and I didn't think you were an a*hole at all! Though I don't think you were trying to make me cry either, so who knows ...
