Question Help with alignment settings

So I'm due for new tires in the next few weeks, and potentially may get them in the next week. I'm running 245/35/19 Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R's on my 19x8.5 Volks, and plan to replace them with the same size RE-11's. When I got my RE-01R's a while back, I didn't tell them to do anything special with alignment, so I suppose they used stock settings. Now that I know a lot more about handling and such, I really wanna camber these for better turn in and grip. These wheels and tires will be for daily driven, but I do a lot of canyon runs and will occasionally AutoX, so I want a really good alignment setup.

I'm on stock sport suspension and the only chassis mod I have are Progress Tech Sway bars with Energy Suspension set at full stiff on the front and soft on the rear.

I don't really know too much about alignment settings, but would 2 degrees camber be ideal?

Would greatly appreciate some input from some members that have a good background on this. Thanks.
