Finally got some summer wheels!

Didnt do much of a "upgrade" since its still 18's but it will do for now

what do you guys think?








Car is somewhat dirty...blame the weather haha

i think they look fine, something different from the stock I guess. As long as you like the way they look, its good. What wheels are those anyway?

Look likes a knock off of the Advan Model T5 wheel. It looks good, but would look alot better if it was wider and had a more aggressive offset with some concave.

I think they look good, really good actually. I haven't ponied up for wheels yet, I don't want to buy smaller than 19s, but I just put $900 worth of tires onto my 18s. They're all season tires, so I could maybe just keep them as fall/winter tires. But I don't have the $1600-$2000 to cowboy up for new wheels and tires at the moment...

No these arent advan reps, its a hartmanns replica to fit imports

i got them for a pretty decent price, cant complain :D

Larger diameter does not necessarily mean an upgrade, it depends on what you're upgrading, if you're upgrading the looks then sure, but otherwise for performance you don't want to go larger than 18, wider - yes.

there only 18x8's with 225 wide tires

i dont do any actual racing (track :P), just like ripping it once in a while :D

^as long as you like them. thats what I stuck with to though 18x8s when I went aftermarket

nothing wrong with keeping oem wheel size, you maybe should have gone for a slightly wider tire though just to fill up the wheelwell a little more, of course, a nice drop would fix that too.

The rims look more euro than jap. I've seen similar on lots of BMWs and VWs. Good looking wheel though - just not sure about the match up with the 8's lines.

yup they are hard to find even tho its replicas. Hartmanns style
lol i dont know if i want to drop the 8...seems low enough for me already in my city. Since i have to drive year round with it. Made it through heavy snow storms...barely haha
