Aggressive Wheel Fitment Thread
You realize that all these "Popular" "Drift" tires such as Achilese, Kenda, Federal etc... are all just cheap **** tires right?
I have tried them all. These were significantly cheaper at the time and are the same treadwear and serve the exact same purpose just as well.
If I was rich as **** I would gladly spend money on Azenis to burn on a regular basis but im on that ramen noodle and free coffee at work diet.
Weather pending I MIGHT have the SA55m's on the 8 tomorrow hopefully. Pretty excited to see how they fit. Have a feeling they might need a few slip on spacers. Only time will tell.

I'm not one to judge; I've only used Dunlop's DZ101, BFG's g-Force T/A KDW, Falken's Azenis ZE-512, and Continental's ContiSport Contact 2 I support a house-hold of three with an income for one!

I have "cheap" federals and had "cheap" Hercules brand tires before and I have never had an issue with durability or keeping up with anyone. But if you can afford to pay twice as much and it makes you feel more secure to buy name brand tires then so be it. But I remember when Falken, Kumho, and Hankook were all considered junk. Marketing is a powerful thing. Now if you track competitively then sure stepping up to the big leagues is needed.

Why are you getting all spazzed up? I only asked why you had cheap tires on your collection of wheels with no intent of insult. May be you should cut down on your coffee and calm yourself down, sir!

Offset too low
Have Mb Weapons 17x9 with a +27 offset and it does fit with a slight fender roll!!!
Question is, does anyone know a good place in NY/Long Island/New Jersey that they can recommend me to go and have my wheels "Milled" so I can install my suspension. I would like to shave off about 3mm's so I can still qualify for this thread and still put my car on the ground. Based on my measuring 2mm's should cover it so 3 is going to look perfect with no rubbing. thanks for the help everyone.

The wheels fit, as they are installed now, but when I put my suspenion in last week, I was having some serious rubbing on the rear wheels so I had to go back to stock height. If you have any ideas on how to make it work please let me know instead on criticizing what everyone else is saying. (Just Saying)
I burn lots of tires, I try and find the cheapest ones that last the longest and dont chunk and delaminate (been having problems with the falken fk452's delaming prematurely lately) . Coffee intake must stay on overload. Pardon myself

Thinking about trying out some Sumitomo HTR Z IIIs for my next set. Though I'll probably regret it after stepping down from glue-like Hankook RS-3s.
I balanced a set for a car here and they were very low road-force and weight required to balance out.
At under $550 for a set of 255/35/18 I think they'll be worth it.

You can have the nicest wheels in the world but if the rest of the car is beat to **** it means nothing. All I can focus on is the damaged bumper and the rest of the imperfections.

I think that's the meanest thing I've ever heard you say lol. What are the imperfections other than the bumper?
