Aggressive Wheel Fitment Thread
Yes, it is just a mazdaspeed spoiler, and yes the fronts are "weak". That's the same thing I said when I ordered them compared to the rears. The fronts are only 19x9.5 +12. The rears are SLIGHTLY more aggressive. Depending on what I do visually to the outside the hood trunk and spoiler are going and stock is going back...or the hood and trunk are staying and the spoiler will probably be really atrocious and get much larger. Why? Because you don't pay for it

thank you!!
You realize I never called it a lip spoiler or called your spoiler fake. I said people talk **** about it. It's ugly bro. I had Atilla's spoiler first so it's J's spoiler on Atilla's car.
I'm sorry you feel that way.
I dont enjoy buying parts that everyone already has on their car, hence the spoiler, front bumper, etc.
This is the same reason I bought rare, discontinued Works. So I'm not like every other person in the fitment scene running vsxx's, equip's, or s1's.

I don't think it's ugly. The spoiler wasn't an afterthought. I chose it because it goes well with my styling of the car.
People aren't open minded enough about getting parts that no one rocks. Being unique is what gets you noticed, no one enjoys seeing the same car with the same parts over and over again. Tilt beautifully pulled off an otherwise ugly front and rear bumper. Might I also add that he also rocked the mint blue spoiler. To this date his rx8 sets standards for our scene and it doesn't even exist anymore.

I have seen that Mint Blue copy cat front bumper on many RX-8's. Heck two local guys had that bumper at the same time
I have never seen anyone with an authentic one though, that would be legit.

Honestly this bumper is dirt cheap depending on how fake you want to go. The rx8s ive seen with it look bad imo, it's too aggressive of a bumper to put on a stock(ish) car. Authentic would cost over $1000 from over seas. The reason I went rep is because I didn't want to wait months for the bumper to arrive right before the show season began. I put about 10 hours of fitment work into the bumper to make it perfect. I wouldn't consider it any worse than authentic at this point.

Danny, I thought yours was a rep? I know mine is, one of the two replica parts that were on my car
Mint Blue spoiler FTMFW. I take every opportunity possible to ***** this pic

It's the minor details that make a high quality original part special. It has taken me a while to realize this but having compared a few body pieces recently I know now. For example on the front bumpers how the stock undertray and other panels. ducts, shrouds, etc. work with the bumper for example. There is nothing I hate more than looking at a bumper and seeing the ground underneath. Some replicas are better than others and determining what is authentic is difficult at times too. Some brands that are "authentic" now were considered junk years ago.

once again, when you buy my ****. I'll put whatever you want on the car. It would have looked out of place to run a body color Mazdaspeed spoiler. The carbon is rear. Who gives a ****, other than you, if it came from Mazda directly. They don't make them in carbon. So, guess what, I didn't get a Mazdaspeed spoiler from mazda. Get over it. What makes zero sense about anything you've said is why you talk **** about anything other than wheels in a WHEEL fitment thread. Not to mention I didn't post **** in here to begin with. Rigo did. Anyways....have a great day sunshine :-*
As for seeing ground through my bumper, I smashed my undertray to bits a looong time ago haha. You can't really see much through the middle because of the air duct though. And once I install the dual Mishimoto oil coolers, they'll plug up the side holes in the bumper.
