I love your wheels. I was placing an order for a set before I purchased my Volks. I like the aggressive styling you currently have.

I had a MS wing back then and eventualIy sold it. I personally love a huge GT wing setup. I originally went with the Origin 3D GT wing but things didn't work out and I didn't install it.

Look forward to meeting you at the next events when I talk with Autrey!

Don't take what I said to heart lmao me and Autrey are a lot alike with our personalities, and it was geared more towards the other guy talking about the spoiler. I just find it funny when guys come in a try and bash a spoiler and the thread isn't about that lol. I was actually at IR this past spring as well. Didn't get to do much walking around though. make one or two quick short trips through just to check things out, but spent 99% of my times at the booth, drinking, or both. Your car definitely looked great then, and I've been waiting to see it back out at more events. The car will either go way more to the aggressive side of styling going wide body, or I'll be going with a simple lip kit. Not really sure quite yet though.

Dlum, it'll be even more badass if you fix that bumper gap, add a lip and some form of side skirts.

they specialize in rotors and brakes and stuff but have access to wheels, tires, lug nuts, etc and a bunch of smaller accessory type things like hid's and steering wheels and such

Do you have any of their stuff on your car? I couldn't really find anything for the RX-8 on their site.

@9k: it's not an rx8 specific vendor. 88rotors kind of sponsors my group, royal flush, not just myself, but i'm sure if i needed something rx8 specific, they would order it for me. and i haven't needed anything from them yet, so i don't have anything from them lool. i rock the sticker cause i can turn to them if i have to, and they're close friends

@tillz: i'll be there, but it won't be ready lol. if i can round up the funds, and my car doesn't explode (knock on wood), we'll be going through a big makeover next summer. trying to stay away from modding during the school year hahah

Oh ok, thanks. So it's not really a sponsorship then, just free advertising to show support. I can dig it.

Cool story Dick. Mind if I call you Dick? What size tires are you running in the front? Are they Hutchinson Atom Comps?

(i am new here) had the car about 6 months, these wheels have been on a week.

varrstoen es1 18x9.5 +12 ; 18x10.5 +15
tires 225/40/18 ; 245/40/18
on megan racing coilovers; front has about 5 threads to maxed rear can go lower but i have maxed my camber till I replace the bushings.

front camber is -3.5 with 0.01 toe
rear camber is -4.2 with 0.02 toe (as close as we got with the reluctant bushings)
