okay i need a little insight here. what would the proper steps be to fit my 18x10.5 +15. would it be get desired camber, then get desired height, THEN work on the fenders? or does it not really matter?

Height, camber, fenders. The range of available camber depends on ride height. Lower = more negative. Fenders after it's all figured out but you can do the preliminary roll/shave, remove the bumper tab, etc now. Do the pull at the end for maximal flushness.
