Yeah I been planning to do that kit for a long time now. I've been talking to j8635621 about interest in getting the kit altogether with other users on here. But recent things came up and I might pick up a project car and put this car to the side until I have a good amount saved up for my RX8 next big mod.
Can't wait to see you have it on man.

Hopefully I can get my **** together and get it done as planned, there seems to always be some BS fire to put out financially lately so I have to recover a bit and get back to black

Well Phrenetik is no longer in on the purchase. It's just 9krpmrx8, Sifu, and myself it looks like. He said that price is only good if we get 3 people to buy. I'm starting to regret this as there is no way I'll be able to park my car in the parking garage if I have a kit . Probably not the best decision for me lol.

I think the whole point is to protect their assets, which makes perfect sense as a wheel refurbisher. VIP Modular wheels just released a new line that takes inspiration from old school wheels. They basically enlarge it and give it a modern finish.

Something that many "new" wheel companies lack is a good imagination. I mean, really, how hard is it to draw a different design than something that is already mainstream and popular?

Moot point though, I don't want to lead this thread too far off on a tangent.
