Plate backing is the Carbign Craft piece. It can be held on by the plate screws + 3M tape, but I am just using the plate screws and it seems to be doing the job rather well.

Doesn't show fitment too well, but another pic with aforementioned specs:

Indeed, shanked on the freeway by some wrench laying in the road D:
I prefer not to photoshop out imperfections because in the end, that's not what the car really looks like in person. Just personal preference though
