Haha they were priced at a really nice price. That set is going to be put on my friends Civic Si. But he wants me to test fit them on mine because I am currently deciding on getting another set of rims in 18's or 17's with some meaty tires. Those tires that come with them are too meaty for his car

Too beefy for our cars too. I was considering it too, but didn't want to deal with the hassle of selling the tires + selling the lugs. Sort of regret it right now though -_-

That's almost as much tire in the rear as a stock rx8 has all around.

hey I'm Looking to use enkei RP05 18 or 19" wheels and I would like to know what width and offset would fit stock suspension and what tires to use... looking for ZR performance, and an either flush or poke, going for widest tires possible... :P Please help!!!

Thanks for your time!

Please keep questions like that out of this thread. Especially when there is nothing aggressive about stock suspension.

Fixed! honestly I never understood the tow hook thing, to me it's like implying that your car is a pice of crap basically. "Hey look, this pos breaks down all the time despite me spending millions of dollars modding it so check it out, my tow hook is out and ready already, don't even have to hassle with it"..... Maybe I'm the only guy in the universe who ever got that vibe, but honestly, I always thought it made cars look cheap, racecars not so much, regular street driven...yeah.

When you are low you need them to get pulled onto the flatbed. And obviously you need them for track days just in case you need to get pulled off the track.

My car didn't scrape or rub at all getting on a flat bed, so you have to be aggressively low to need a towhook lol. I'm thinking about getting one and having it painted like a rainbow. You know cuz it's a little gay.

I'm not slammed either but I needed a tow hook to get on a flatbed. The car had to be walked up on 2x4s. It was a combination of ride height, flatbed angle and my front lip.
