Heh, I think it's moreso that that these great pics just came out. I think Mike's car might have been posted there, as well as mine a couple of times but hell, even I'm tired of looking at my car. When properly fitted rx8s get decent pictures, they usually end up on a blog here or there

Well, I'd personally prefer to see some higher quality parts on this car but this is a start. At ~$180/wheel the MB Battles are very popular elsewhere but aren't seen as much on 8club. If they were around more, it may be easier to appreciate the true Advan T7 when seen.
I don't think people hate on the cost of wheels, I think people hate on the fact that some wheels are copies of others.
All in all, the pictures are gorgeous and the stance/fitment is on point; almost makes me want to go the stretched tire/slammed route again
I think the car was posted here before.

imo things have changed according to trends. It's no longer all about what brand you bought - but also how they fit. A while back people would care less how they fit (sunk n' tucked) but if you had GT-V's, GT-F's or TE's you automatically got props. Now - it's slowly turning into more of a 50/50. Cool, you got TE37's but they're really tucked...which in some cases - a good number of people will say "eh, it's ok" - and on the flip side, someone will rock xxr's w/a nasty offset n' have a shot at landing on the cover of a magazine.

Exactly. Well put.
I'm lookin to get a little more aggressive reeeeal soon. Like, 18x10.5 +15 all the way around aggressive. As soon as I sell my Rota's I can get the ball rollin, so if anybody knows somebody looking for a good deal in some wheels/tires send em my way!
