Excellent photos with on par fitment. It's always fun to see some JDM bling on the RX8, Jonathan Ray's photos make it easy to overlook the vinyl wrap/MB's/etc. I think we've seen the car posted here a few times but anyways, to the owner Sean, keep it up man the car looks great! Heh, really makes me want to invest in a flash setup before getting anything more for the 8!

Just like my pull, maybe mine looks lil cleaner? Propane torch, bat and bottle jack.

We had to other wise the tire would hit, also cut away some part of the inner fender near the bumper.

I thought they used to have a factory yellow option in addition to blue and multicolor as well but I haven't looked at the accessories page in quite some time...
Ebay. I have these and there awesome. I always get asked about them.
I did the same thing. The running light always bothered me. Looks a lot better this way IMO.
very noob question...i have 19x9.5 +35 for my rear...im getting 245/35/19.....
BUT ...i thought of getting maybe 245/40/19 ....
-would that raise my rear ?
-by how much ? ....not asking for a number ...just physical eye judgement.....running 215/35/19 in the front....
-and would that change the stretch ? coz i was told its gonna be slightly stretch for 245/35/19 and i dont wanna RE-roll my fender if it changes the stretch and hits the fender if i get a the 40

That won't hit your fender. It's not necessary to run that thin of a tire with that size/offset of wheel. Main problem I see is the back tire will be taller than stock and the front will be smaller than stock. Your car won't like that.
The tire has more sidewall, so it will obviously raise your car lol. Use a tire calculator to find that out.

It is indeed pretty low but it's got a bit of rake going on making the rear look a bit high. The tires are a bit sunk, which also typically makes cars seem extra low. Overall, cool color combo though
edit: Forgot to mention, a bit wider wheels and a different exhaust would make me like it a bit more, still nice though.
