Wierd noise as I accelerate, is the fan is stuck on?

Ya know that sound a fan makes where something is stuck near the blades and it kind of buzzes as speed changes? Well for some odd reason my car is making that noise in first second and third gear, its as if the radiator fan is stuck on...? Now I know that the fan isnt tapped into the engine directly, so it doesnt make any sense why its changing speed with the rpm.

and even wierder, when the clutch is depressed it doesnt make any noise at all????

I think if it were the throw out bearing, it would make more noise under load, as in clutch depressed.

So Ive come to figure out that the thing making the noise is the AC. Something involving the AC, because when I turn it off it goes away. But if I have it on, it only does it when the petal is all the way up(not depressed/ clutch is engaged)???
My AC also hasnt been as cold as it problably could be either....?

Ok, this may be a little far fetched, when you depress the clutch it will put load on the thrust bearing in the motor, moving the eccentric shaft minutely, if you have a frayed belt on the a/c ,it may be moving the pulley attached to the shaft enough to not make a noise, and when the clutch is released, the shaft then floats back to where the belt is noisy. Is there much lateral movement in your Eccentric shaft. As I said, its far fetched.

No it doesnt do it when the petal is depressed, only when it isnt aka clutch engaged.

Not going through the radio, still does it when the radio is off.... It feels like a fan in the front bein directly driven with the rpm
