EDIT: i live in socal so its really hot right now..so it cant be a warming/cold temp. issue.

The engine is warrantied by Mazda for 8 yrs/100K miles.
Leave the car setting overnight. Before you start it up in the morning remove all plug wires and one sparkplug from each rotor. Turn over the engine and see what kind of fluid comes out.
When mine did this, about 3 yrs ago, the car would sputter for about 10-15 min in the morning when it was first started. It would run fine for the rest of the day. Mazda replaced the engine. It sounds like you are getting a lot more smoke than I did.

If the fluid is just gas, your golden and we have to look else where. If it is slippery, like coolant, you have a problem. Have you checked your coolant levels? With the amount of smoke you are describing, it could have gone down a bit.

i actually never decarbed or used sea foam cause i heard mixed reviews from socal 8 owners =\ so i wasnt sure if i should do it anymore...i asked dozer and he said he never did it and he been running fine, so i didn't do it. should i do it? and should i do it before i replace my coils and plugs? cause im planning on replacing my coils and plugs asap (hopefully today) sorry for all the stress =\

i havent replaced my coils and plugs yet, i took it to a garage yesterday, the mechanic says im burning oil, but he cant figure out why im burning oil ( he was like a dog...he smelled the white fumes and was like i knew it was oil lol)...i asked him if i needed to replace my coils and plugs he said they dont seem bad and besides that doesnt deal with why you are burning oil...anyone know why i would be burning oil?

you're supposed to burn oil- you have a rotary. blue smoke is oil. white smoke is coolant/water. if the mechanic believes white smoke is oil smoke then they are not competent. is there more than one mechanic there that can render an opinion? if so ask for a different person. if not go somewhere else.
