Steering torque sensor cap

Hi guys,

Does anyone know if the top part clips or screws down onto the bottom part, or does it just stay there loosely?

Thanks

Top part sitting on the torque position sensor

The bottom part has 3 screws that attach it to the steering rack, the top part is smushed in place by the steering column

edit: here's a pdf with important specs and what not

Thanks for all the info. It is just forced in place by the steering column then. No real super tight seal etc. I can lift the boot up but not past the steering column so all the above makes sense now.
