I need help guys! I have a CEL PO661 (intake problem).....the car drives fine under 5k RPM but when I go above 5k, the car hesitates. When I hit 8,9k the rpm's flicker back and fourth and it feels like its misfiring.

Mazda told me it was the SSV solenoid. I replaced it and still having the same problem. I then replaced all spark plugs, same problem. Replaced MAF, same problem.

05, 130,000 miles (60,000 on motor).....

Suggestions?

 

have you checked for any leaks in the intake?

 

Yeah, I have took the intake off twice, and cannot find any leaks.....I keep thinking it must be a vacuum leak, but I can't find anything.

All vacuum lines are connected. Correct solenoid replaced. Still getting the problem. Any further ideas ?
