Exclamation Stalling issues.. or a leak

hello, Recently I had a clutch and flywheel installed on my car by a shop here in CT
(ecs performance)

and my car started to stall/lose power randomly, but it only does it when i almost come to a dead stop or close to it in 10mph range.

Sometimes it does it 2-3 times withing 10 mins and sometimes it goes for 3-4 days with it running fine. today i went to autozone to buy a few things, and when I started her up, the rpms jumped between 800-1200 and it stalled twice. On the third time it drove somewhat decent.

I also have two CELs that came up p0037 ( the rear o2 sencor) and p0850 (park/neutral switch input circuit)

04 manual with 59k miles on it, i flooded it once since i had it, bought the car with 20k on it and it happened right around 25k. i have no other mods.

I did a lot of research on what the problem could be..

so this is what i have done/ or am currently doing

Cleaned MAF - done
Seafoam- doing it tomorow
cleaned and switched the neutral and reverse switch - done

I am not gonna test it until i do th seafoam tomorow

now here is my worry when i started her up right after doing the above two i had my girlfriend sit in it and give it gas to see if I could hear something abnormal.

I read that you could hear the noise coming from it..

now before i take it for a compression test can anyone tell from this video if this sounds normal.. or am i just paranoid??

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XpCKqbS501I

and also how long is the warranty if my cat has gone bad?

thanks in advance..

The neutral switch does sound like your "RPM hunting" experience.
Maybe not the switch itself, but the wire might have an intermittent break.

My car had the rpm hunting issue, but only in cold weather. It was fine above 40F. It was the transmission neutral switch. The wires were sketchy. The location next to the catalytic converter is probably the issue. The new one had much beefier wires.

well replacing the neutral switch didnt fix the problem. so i dropped it off last night at mazda.

they just called me and said i got 2 cylinder misfires, i need to replace the coils, plugs+plugs wires and of course rear o2 sensor..

i got quoted at $1130.

does that sound reasonable

edit..

after doing research im really being ripped off.. which i decided i am going to do it myself...

only thing im unsure off is the plug wires... couldnt find any info on how hard is it to change. and where i could get some

Plugs and wires r really easy to change. You will have to take th driver side tire off n order to get th plugs out. Not enough room n the engine bay to reach down. I bought mine from mazdatrix
