I agree... this is starting to look strange as this wouldn't relate to your original problem.
On the starter there is a small wired connector... this is for the solenoid.
Unplug that and measure for voltage as someone else attempts to start.
We are trying to see if voltage is getting to the starter solenoid.

A bad starter wouldn't explain why the car went through a period of no voltage and reset the ecu. If you haven't a problem with the supply side of the battery, you maybe should look at the grounds.

I agree alnielsen... but its easy to tell someone to look for a bad ground.
Its harder to tell someone exactly where to look... that is the point of narrowing down.

This all really comes back to battery (for both issues).
Do you have another car you can take the battery from just to try?
Even if it does't have the required crank amps, just to see if it'll attempt to turn the engine.

If Autozone tested the battery as good that means that it has the ability to store the voltage and discharge the required amperage to get it running. However...a failing alternator would leave the battery low in both instances and could cause the car to die at higher RPMs.

But you don't need the alternator to start a car DeViLbOi... just to keep it running.

Right...but if his battery was already at 12.5 volts then who knows how many amps were actually left in it to be delivered. It might not have been enough to turn it over. What happens if you try and jump your car with another?

From the battery, follow the negative cable down to the cross member and ensure its secured.
Might as well remove the bolts and clean the terminal just to rule that out.

Hey Hi. Got a 2004 MT. Just changed Ignition Coils some 20 days ago but since I didn't have the spark plugs ordered them on ebay with the suppression wires and received those two days ago. I changed the spark plugs yesterday and guess what, my car won't start at all! Starter turns fine but seems like the plugs are not firing, I replaced with the old plugs but same ****. Any idea? Thanks

clean the threads. make sure your coils are in the right order. make sure your wires are snug. make sure everything is sealed properly. did you torque them to loose or too tight? did you flood the engine?

Thanks DocBeech. Yes I did flood the engine. Checked the spark plugs one by one, they do all fire. What i did: Remove all four spark plugs, unplug ingition coils, remove fuel injection fuse, turned the engine with the starter for a few seconds. Cleaned the plugs, put them back on. Had a hell of a time trying to start it up again. Finally did and it made so much smoke my neighbours called the fire brigade!
But the car is running funny... It lacks power as compared to before or is it just me, expecting too much of it?

a lot of people have issues with the car after flooding it. some have had luck by doing the KAM reset. turn the key to acc on, stomp the brake pedal 20 times as fast as you can, the oil needle should sweep back and fourth. Then its going to run like crap until it relearns its setup. I have seen a couple of posts where after a week or two the car runs a bit better, but others have never had the vehicle run the same again. Also make sure you did your recalls on the starter and battery.

Thanks a ton Doc. I'm going for a new battery anyway, my electrician told me this one's not worth it anymore. Seems like i've got a problem with the alternator also. Will try the reset and keep you posted. Thanks for the tips. You feel so alone when you car fails on you...

Couple things to correct...
1) The "20 brake pedal stomp" resets the NVRAM... not KAM.
2) Resetting the NVRAM only resets the eshaft profile, it'll have nothing to do with clearing things like fuel trims.
3) To reset the KAM, disconnect the battery for ~10min.
