Today I did the severed injector trick on the emanage. The car's afrs are still nice, always still below 12. Right after I turned the car on, I had a CEL light. Dunno what it means, but thougth I'd share it since that was supposed to take away the CEL. I suppose I can reset the battery and see if it ever comes back...

 

what code is the CEL?

 

Haven't had any1 pull it yet. But, I think it's normal b/c I had unplugged my battery not to long ago and had 54 miles on the trip b4 doing the severed injector trick, so that code could easily be from sumthing that was previously noticed by the ecu. I had it pulled once, and it was a too rich code.

 

Severing the injectors isn't going to do anything for the air pump cel most Greddy owners get.

 

Ahh...from reading I was under the impression since the pcm can't do crap about the emanage controlling the injectors, that it should eliminate the CEL...no big deal though.
