I called and asked the service writer if the car had been re flashed and she said yes that is part of the recall. I mentioned that it doesn't say anything about it on the service order and she said that is because it is automatically done as part of the gas tank recall. I said there were no stickers placed on the car and she said "they should be there".

Mazda needs to come up with a way so the consumer can verify this work. Do we have a dealer on the bulletin board that can run the VIN# and check Mazda's database for the answer?
