Question about spring install.......

SO I INSTALLED MEGAN RACING SPRINGS AND I PUT THE SHORTER ONES IN THE FRONT AND THE LONGER ONES IN THE BACK, BUT THE FRONT LOOKS WAY LOWER THAN JUST 1.75 INCHES. COULD I HAVE PUT THEM ON BACKWARDS??

usually all springs have an F or a R in the model # on them to tell you front to rear. I know for a fact the Tanabes and the Teins do and from what i can remember so did the Eibachs. Plus its obvious when you pull the stockers out.

With these springs how long can you expect your stock setup to last before wearing down and needing to be replaced?

Just drop spring won't hurt anything. It may wear the stock shocks out early but my stock shocks last almost 70k on my first drop springs. The factory shocks are Tokico performance shocks.

How much longer are the rear springs than the front springs?

Few inches (2-3 I would guess).

Thanks for the response. I ask cause I bought a set from a member on here, never installed. All the springs are very similar. It does look like two of them are shorter by like less than an inch, but that didn't seem like a whole lot. Anyone with these springs remember when they installed them?

Yep, shorter in the front, longer in the back. Most aftermarket springs have an "F" for front and "R" for rear on the springs.
