Problems with MIAC/ Sand In A Blender sound. Tried everything.

Hello, I've been lurking the forum for a while, searching for possible solutions. I've tried google and the search function to no avail.
Heres a little background on my engine and mods:
Had my engine rebuilt by pettit racing about a month ago
Pettit/milltek exhaust
Racing beat dual resonated mid pipe
Racing beat lightweight flywheel
New belts

Things I have done to try to correct the problem:
Installed the heater hose orifice, and throttle body by pass mod.
I always use 93 octane
Always red line once a day
The sound is basically a sand in a blender type sound coming from the glovebox/dash area and starts at 3k rpm all the way through the rev range. Any thoughts or ideas on how i may get rid of this annoying noise? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Wow..............I would've said the hose orifice, but you apparently have tried that. The only question I have there are you sure it was the right one in the right place?

Have you tried to discuss the situation with Pettit for their advice?

Yes it's the orifice described in one of the threads here I dont have time to post a link as I'm posting from my phone, and I installed it in the hose that comes out of the engine, basically behind the battery box (the hose was pictured in one of the threads as well)
Maybe it has something to do with "burping" the cooling system to get the bubbles out? I havn't spoken with Cam at pettit yet I will bring it up next time I go to his shop to make adjustments and what not.
Would flushing the coolant do anything to help?
Also I should mention that when doing the throttle body byspass mod I did the "drop in a sheet rock screw" method. Thanks again guys!
